Bill Knowlton's “Bluegrass Ramble Picnic,” New York's oldest bluegrass and oldtime acoustic country music festival, is set to go on Sunday, August 3rd, at Dwyer Memorial Park, home of the Cortland Repertory Theater, in Little York NY. (Preble Exit 13 off I-81)
